Pasi Haatainen is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Dationic Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore. He is a senior transformation and strategy execution leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise programs across APAC, Europe, and global environments—including transformation office and PMO/TMO setup, target operating model design, digital and ERP-scale programs, governance, and executive performance management. 

 

Pasi holds PMP and MIT Digital Transformation certifications and is a Singapore Permanent Resident. He works hands-on, daily, with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini—not as a theorist but as a practitioner who builds with the tools he advises clients on. 

 

Pasi is Chairman of the Finnish Business Council Singapore (FBC Singapore, established 1985), now in his sixth consecutive year in the role, and serves as a Board Member at EuroCham Singapore. This gives Dationic direct, working access to the Finnish, Nordic, and wider European business and diplomatic community in Singapore—a distinctive advantage for clients expanding across the Finland–Singapore and Nordic–APAC corridors.
