Pasi Haatainen is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Dationic Pte. Ltd., an AI transformation consultancy headquartered in Singapore. A senior transformation and strategy-execution leader with more than 20 years of experience, he has delivered enterprise programs across APAC, Europe, and global environments — spanning transformation office and PMO/TMO establishment, target operating model design, digital and ERP-scale programs, governance frameworks, and executive performance management.

Mr. Haatainen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management, and is a graduate of the Accelerated Management Program at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He also holds the MIT Digital Transformation certification and is a Permanent Resident of Singapore. His advisory work is distinguished by daily, hands-on practice with AI agents and AI models — ensuring that his counsel reflects the perspective of a working practitioner rather than an observer.

Beyond his consulting practice, Mr. Haatainen holds two board-level advisory positions in Singapore's international business community. He serves as Chairman of the Finnish Business Council Singapore (FBC Singapore, established 1985), now in his sixth consecutive year in the role, and as a Board Member of EuroCham Singapore. These appointments provide Dationic with direct, working access to the Finnish, Nordic, and wider European business and diplomatic community in Singapore — a distinctive advantage for clients operating across the Finland–Singapore and Nordic–APAC corridors.
